Anne has been an attorney since 2000 after attending law school at the University of Utah. Originally from California, Anne attended the University of California, San Diego and Dartmouth College for her undergraduate studies and San Diego State University for her teaching credential.
Prior to attending law school, Anne taught biology and chemistry in the San Diego City School District for 4 years. She also taught horseback riding in Rancho Santa Fe during college and while teaching in the school district.
Anne worked at the office of the Utah Attorney General in the criminal division, focusing on capital crimes and complex financial crimes while in law school. After graduating, she worked for the Salt Lake County District Attorney, prosecuting drug and alcohol crimes, violent crimes, personal and property crimes, and complex financial crimes.
In 2005, Anne began working at the Summit County Attorney’s Office, prosecuting the same variety of issues in Summit County. In 2007, Anne started working at a small firm in Park City and started practicing:

In 2008, Anne underwent Collaborative Divorce training, and she has since incorporated collaborative strategies into her cases whenever possible. Anne started her own practice in the summer of 2015, focusing on all aspects of family law and criminal defense. In 2018, she changed her practice to focus on collaborative family law and reduced-conflict family law.
Anne is now the President of the Utah Association of Collaborative Professionals. In addition to having her law practice, Anne believes in community involvement. She has worked with Nuzzles & Co., an animal rescue organization.
