In her Family Law practice, Ms. DeStefano has dedicated her efforts to helping individuals in crisis to restructure their families as opposed to destroying them. Her focus is on alternative dispute resolution rather than litigation.  She is committed to assisting her clients to reach agreements. She has over 37 years of experience in family law and provides a high level of legal representation to her clients.

Corinne M. DeStefano received her B.A from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1979 and her Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall School of Law in 1982. She was formerly a partner in Dalena, Dalena & DeStefano, P.C. from 1990 until 2014. She was associated with the firm of Dalena & Bosch, LLC as Of Counsel from 2014 until February 2019 when she opened her own firm of DeStefano Law, LLC.

Ms. DeStefano is trained in Divorce Mediation and Collaborative Divorce, and was previously President and Secretary of the New Jersey Collaborative Law Group and is a current Member of the Board of Trustees. She is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and an active member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Family Law Section, and the Morris County Bar Association.  Ms. DeStefano was an Adjunct Professor in the Paralegal Studies Program at Fairleigh Dickinson University and is a speaker at Seton Hall School of Law on Collaborative Divorce in an Alternative Dispute Family Law course.  Ms. DeStefano is an active member of the Rotary Club of Madison.
