World Creativity and Innovation Week is Here

World Creativity and Innovation Week, an annual United Nations event celebrating the use of creativity and innovation to solve problem, begins this Friday.  The theme of the 2022 international event is Collaboration and IACP and many Collaborative Practice Groups have joined the celebration.  Hopefully through these events, we can raise international awareness of the power of the Collaborative Divorce Process.

This past Thursday, Choose Collaborative, the South Palm Beach County Collaborative Law Group kicked off the celebration a little early with a panel presentation including Professor Jim Friedman, the chief steward of World Creativity and Innovation Week, John Mulhall Esq. who spoke on the use of the collaborative approach in government and agencies, and several local judges who gave the view from the bench on Collaborative Law.

We encourage you to check out the program right here.

At the conclusion of the week on April 21st, The WCIW will hold three panels on the topic of exploring creativity and collaboration.  Professor Friedman will be joined by Robert Merlin, President of the Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals and Treasurer of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals, and Mr. Javier Bikandi of the Basque Country which promotes collaborative and open government.  The panel will be discussing the benefits and challenges of collaboration and how collaboration can be used at all levels of society to create change.

This event will be from 12:00 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. EST and you may Sign Up Here
