This Thursday at 1 p.m. Eastern we are excited to have Jodie Graham, a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Communication Coach from Edmonton, Canada provide us with insight on the power of personality and how we can use the BankCode system to understand and connect with different personality types quickly and effectively.
Jodie has been to our Friday Happy Hours and has gotten us intrigued by this opportunity to get an early indication of our client’s basic personality traits that should allow us to better provide for their needs. This presentation will last 90 minutes.
Then next Wednesday October 8th also at 1 p.m. Eastern, our own Marketing Director, Eric Sachs will take us to the next level of marketing for Collaborative Professionals by teaching us about empathy in marketing. We all know how powerful empathy is in our Process. Eric will show us how we can use our same knowledge about empathy’s power to better market our services to potential clients and how to use it to make your client’s experience with you and your staff a better one.
