Newsletter – It’s Time to Build from Within          

We will grow the Collaborative Process through numbers. The more professionals who are trained and understand the Process, the better the chances for more cases. How many professionals do you know that “settle all of their cases” but aren’t Collaboratively trained? How many litigators do you know who hate what they do? How many young professionals, new lawyers, mental health professionals and financial professionals do you know that would benefit from understanding a better way of providing services to clients in need of their help.

My Collaborative Team wants to lead the movement to bring more professionals into the Collaborative World.  And we believe that starts with training. We are happy to announce that MCT will once again be sponsoring a Basic Interdisciplinary Collaborative Training presented by Tampa Bay Collaborative Trainers on August 17, 19, 23, and 26 from 1:00 – 5:00 p.m. EDT, virtually via Zoom.

It is incumbent upon all of us to help the Collaborative Process grow. Take a professional to lunch (even on Zoom) and convince them of the great benefits of getting trained. To our My Collaborative Team listing members we offer this challenge. Refer three professionals to our training and receive a one year free standard listing renewal. Refer five and we will renew you as a premier listing for one year.

What about your Practice Group? The best way to grow your Practice Group is to encourage new membership through the basic training. If you Practice Group would like to participate, if your group signs up five professionals to our training, we will pay $50 towards their Practice Group membership fee.
