Collaborative Introduction Learning Program Starts This Month

In just a couple of weeks, My Collaborative Team will be launching our Collaborative Introduction Learning Program. This will be a series of ten monthly gatherings that will take the next step in the Collaborative training process. We will teach newly trained professionals what to do next and at the same time teach potential Collaborative professionals and referral sources what the Collaborative Process is all about. This program is also a fantastic way to provide our members and other Collaborative professionals the opportunity to network, despite the limitations of the pandemic. This will be your chance to invite a colleague “to lunch.” Our program will allow for, and encourage, networking.

Our very first session, taking place on January 27th at 1pm EST, will encompass a complete overview of the Collaborative Process. What is the Collaborative Process? What is a Paradigm shift? How is the Collaborative Process different from, or relatable to, the other processes we know such as litigation and mediation? We will cover all of this and much more as we begin our 10-month journey.

The Collaborative Introduction Learning Program is not only for those interested in learning more about the Collaborative Process. These hour-long sessions will be your chance to invite a colleague “to lunch.” Our program will allow for, and encourage, networking amongst attendees.

There is no charge to be an attendee at our first annual Collaborative Introduction Learning Program. We do recommend that all participants commit to attending all ten months to ensure they get the maximum value this program can offer. The Collaborative Introduction Learning Program will end just before the 2022 IACP Forum in Orlando, Florida and those participants who attend all ten sessions will be eligible for drawings for free or partial registrations at the Forum, compliments of MCT.
