The My Collaborative Team Advanced Training Series is a prestigious event for MCT members and paid guests, dedicated to promoting knowledge sharing, professional growth, and Collaborative excellence. This series aims to bring together experts, innovators, and thought leaders to deliver insightful presentations and workshops that will benefit our diverse team.
We are inviting passionate and knowledgeable presenters to share their expertise during the 2024 My Collaborative Team Advanced Training Series. The trainings are held monthly on the fourth Thursday at 1 p.m. Eastern (though we are flexible). If you have valuable insights, successful case studies, or innovative strategies related to Collaborative practice, we encourage you to submit your proposal.
We welcome presentations on a wide range of topics related to the Collaborative Process, including but not limited to:
- Effective team communication
- Team-building strategies
- Conflict resolution and team dynamics
- Leadership and collaboration
- Innovation and creativity in teams
- Ethical Issues
- Diversity and Inclusion
Submissions will be evaluated based on relevance, quality, and alignment with the Advanced Training theme. The organizing committee will review all proposals and notify selected presenters within 30 days of submission.
