Insight Method Kicks Off 2025 Advanced Training Series

Insight Method Kicks Off 2025 Advanced Training Series

In our world of divorce conflict is inevitable. Yet, while conflict often carries a negative connotation, it also offers an opportunity for growth, understanding, and reconciliation. One effective approach to conflict resolution is the Insight Method, a strategy that focuses on deep self-awareness, empathetic listening, and open dialogue to find lasting solutions.

The Insight Method is a conflict resolution approach that draws heavily from the principles of emotional intelligence and mindfulness. Unlike traditional methods that may prioritize negotiation, compromise, or winning, the Insight Method emphasizes understanding the underlying emotions, beliefs, and assumptions that fuel a conflict. The core of this method is fostering insight—gaining awareness not just about the conflict but about oneself and the other party involved.

My Collaborative Team is excited to kick off its third year of Advanced Trainings with a double session on the Insight Method of conflict resolution.

Join us on Thursday February 20th at 1 p.m. Eastern as our own Carol Hughes and Kathy Campbell, former CPCal President kicks off our Advanced Training Series and take us on a journey through the Insight Method.  They will conclude the journey with a second presentation on Thursday March 20th at 1 p.m. Eastern.

Then on April 24th, Adam Cordover and Keith Grossman will teach us how to utilize mediators in the Collaborative Process.  Be sure and mark your calendars for these great trainings.

Join us each month as we help you to become a better Collaborative professional.  Gain confidence and competence with some of the best trainers in the world.  The MCT Advanced Series is free to our members.  The cost for non-members is $50 per session.
