This past Friday on our weekly Happy Hour, as I discussed in last week's blog, we continued our discussion about closed versus open practice groups. Do closed groups limit the spread of the Collaborative Process movement? Do they build stronger Collaborative teams?
On our call was Stu Webb, the founder of the Collaborative Process.
According to Stu, there is no right and wrong. He warned against becoming set in our ways. The Collaborative Process requires that we be open to different ways of achieving our goals. The real key, according to Stu, is the success of the team. Trust amongst team members is critical towards the success of the Process.
In addition to the wisdom from Stu, we also got a ton of phenomenal responses from practitioners around North America, in the comment section of the our original blog, that we encourage you all to check out.
We invite you to join us on Fridays at 4:30 Eastern. The conversation is always lively, and you never know who might be on the call. Thanks to Stu for joining us and providing us with his sage thoughts.
Happy Hour will take a break this week on Good Friday.
We want to wish our members a happy holiday season. Happy Passover and Happy Easter.
