There were few groups, if any, that had the presence of My Collaborative Team at this year's Florida Academy of Collaborative Professionals annual conference. With over 70% of our participants in attendance, everywhere you looked there was a My Collaborative Team participant networking, presenting, and learning. to advance the Collaborative Practice in Florida.

We also want to take a moment to recognize MCT founding participant and editorial board member, Rebecca Fischer, for her participation in the first ever FACP Leadership Institute. This group of esteemed Collaborative Professionals from around Florida gathered for a one-day intensive workshop on the advancement and best practices for the Collaborative Process. We are excited for Ms. Fischer to share with us all that she has learned and we look forward to her future leadership as a Collaborative Professional.

My Collaborative Team is also proud of many of our participants who were presenters at this years conference, Joshua Jones, Joryn Jenkins, and Edward Sachs.

The enthusiasm and spirit experienced at this year's conference by 200 Collaborative Professionals from Florida will certainly help motivate and push us to continue to promote a more peaceful dispute resolution alternative in Florida for many years to come!
