Susie Mendelsohn, Psy.D is licensed as a clinical psychologist in Florida and Ohio whose expertise is in relationships, eating disorders and addictions. She is a Certified Coach Practitioner (Founder of HeSaidSheSaidCoaching.com) specializing in relationships and the Chief Operations Officer of PerfectlyNOT.com.

Dr. Mendelsohn earned her B.A. in education (1985) from the University of Miami, a masters in Professional Studies in Human Relations (1992) at New York Institute of Technology, a Master of Psychology degree (1994) at Carlos Albizu University and her doctorate in Clinical & Forensic Psychology (1999) at Carlos Albizu University.

Dr. Mendelsohn is a member of the Collaborative Family Law Institute (CFLI), the National Eating Disorders Association (NEDA), the Academy for Eating Disorders (AED), and the International Association of Eating Disorders Professionals Foundation (IAEDP). She has previously been honored as the Businesswoman of the Year in Ohio by the NRCC (2004); Professional of the Year in Clinical Psychology by Cambridge Who’s Who (2007-2008); Alumni of the Year - Carlos Albizu University (2007); and VIP by Presidential Who’s Who Among Business Professional Achievers (2008-2009). She is also a supporter and advocate of the Survivors Network of the Abused by Priests (SNAP).

As an expert in her field Dr. Mendelsohn served as a Clinical Investigator for Field Trials in Routine Clinical Practice Settings - DSM-5, (APA, 2013.  She is the author of “It’s Not About the Weight: Attacking Eating Disorders from the Inside Out” and contributed the chapter, “Let’s Talk”  in 101 Interventions in Group Therapy, by Scott Simon Fehr .

Dr. Mendolsohn brings her extensive expertise in women’s issues generally, and eating disorders in particular, to the collaborative process.
