Description:

Patricia C. Van Haren has been a practicing attorney since 2011. Prior to that, Patricia was a family law paralegal for approximately 20 years. Patricia believes that the collaborative process is a vital step in assisting the family to recover and to function after the Divorce.

As a single parent who has raised three children, attended law school by night and has gone through a divorce, Ms. Van Haren understands how divorce can impact the future of the family. Ms. Van Haren believes that many issues can be settled outside of the courtroom, even in the most contentious cases.

Our goal is always to work towards a resolution on issues that can be settled outside of the courtroom. When making a decision to divorce, we thoroughly explain the process and engage our clients so that they can make informed decisions.

Ms. Van Haren has authored the book How to File and Survive a Divorce in California. Patricia also presents at various seminars that provide information about the Divorce process in California.
