Attorney Arcaro completed undergraduate studies at Duke University with a double major in public policy and environmental science and policy before completing a master’s degree in health administration from University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She earned her Juris Doctor at Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law, graduating second in her class.
