Experience
After completing a judicial clerkship with The Honorable William J. McGovern, III in the Superior Court, Family Part, Sussex County, New Jersey, Denise joined the firm of Scott & Daly, LLC as an Associate. She practiced family law with Candace Scott, Esq. until opening the firm of Wennogle Law, LLC. Denise has always been dedicated to respectful and reasoned resolution to family issues. Her practice is solely dedicated to the area of family law.
Professional Associations/Activities
Denise is a member of the International Academy of Collaborative Professionals and the Board Member and Past President of the New Jersey Collaborative Law Group. She is a member of the New Jersey Association of Professional Mediators. Denise is a former Barrister of the Barry I. Croland Family Law Inn of Court and the Worrall F. Mountain Inn of Court, and currently a board member of the Justice Marie L. Garibaldi Alternative Dispute Resolution Inn of Court. She serves on the Morris and Sussex Counties Early Settlement Panels. Denise is president elect for the the New Jersey Chapter of the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts. She is also a member of the Family Law and Dispute Resolution Sections of the New Jersey Bar Association and the Morris and Sussex County Bar Associations. Denise volunteers for the Jersey Battered Women's Services and the Women's Center at the County College of Morris. She is also a member and past Secretary of the Morristown Rotary Club.
