Ms. Collinsworth is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF®), specializing in Business Valuation in Litigation (BVAL). She has been practicing in the field of Family Law for over 25 years. In 2015, Ms. Collinsworth received The Eureka Award from the statewide organization Collaborative
Practice California (CP Cal). The Eureka Award recognizes and honors those who “have made significant contributions and demonstrated an abiding dedication to establishing and sustaining Collaborative Practice in California.” Ms. Collinsworth has been retained as a Forensic Accountant and Expert Witness to provide services in the area of family law in the following principal areas:

Prior to establishing her own forensic accounting office, Ms Collinsworth worked for 8 years as a Senior Staff Accountant at the CPA firm of Zamucen & Holmes exclusively in the family law division. As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), Ms. Collinsworth can help the divorcing client address the special financial issues of divorce with the data that can help achieve equitable settlements. As a Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF®), she offers her clients a unique combination of professional forensic skill due to her experience with small business owners, her education and training in police science, accounting and business valuations.
Ms. Collinsworth has valued many types of businesses including various professional practices, i.e. Medical Practices, Dental Practices, Chiropractic Practices, Legal Firms, Accounting firms, Engineering Firms, Veterinary Clinics and Consulting Firms.
Ms. Collinsworth has qualified and testified in Orange, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, Victorville, Indio and Riverside County Family Law Courts. The Courts have appointed Ms. Collinsworth as the California Evidence Code § 730 forensic expert on several occasions. Ms. Collinsworth has been appointed as §639 Civil Referee and as Special Master.
