Bruce R. Fredenburg, M.S., LMFT, Co-author of Home Will Never Be the Same Again: A Guide for Adult Children of Gray Divorce helps families solve painful problems that they are struggling with and have not been able to solve on their own. He is a California-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist board certified in clinical hypnosis and an EMDR therapist. Bruce is trained and experienced in chronic pain management, trauma, addictions, mediation, and collaborative divorce, He was recruited by Orange County Social Services to create and teach parenting classes for adoptive and foster parents. He has success helping Adults, Teenagers and Children with anxiety (including panic attacks), sleep problems, depression, chronic pain and chemical dependency. In addition to his role as a psychotherapist, Bruce helps adults and children experiencing separation and divorce in his roles as a Collaborative Divorce Coach, Co-parenting and Child Specialist, and as a as a Reunification Therapist, and mediator in his practice in Laguna Hills, California.
Bruce has created and presented training programs for corporations, government agencies, schools, and professional associations since 1989. He was awarded Speaker of the Year by the Professional Speakers Network. Bruce has authored several Audio Learning and Self-Help Programs including Anxiety Solution, Sleep Solution, Take the Pain Out of Change and Men and Women: How to Understand Each Other. He has presented multiple times at California’s annual statewide conference for collaborative professionals, and to the International Association of Collaborative Professionals Annual Forum.
