Michael is a Certified Public Accountant, Accredited in Business Valuation and Certified in Financial Forensics by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is accredited as a Certified Fraud Examiner.

In his capacity as a recognized expert, Michael is a forensic accountant and has prepared business valuations for various purposes including, matrimonial proceedings, shareholder disputes, acquisitions and sales of businesses, gift and estate planning, succession planning, and commercial litigation.  He also has extensive experience in complex litigation matters, including determination of damages and lost profits, fraud and forensic investigations, and tracing and identification of assets.

Accredited Senior Appraiser of the American Society of Appraisers (ASA).

Certified by the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts (NACVA), and holds that organization’s highest designation as a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA).

More than 20 years of experience with a focus on valuation, litigation support and taxation issues.

Business valuations for clients in various industries for commercial litigation, gift and estate planning, mergers and acquisitions, and matrimonial matters, as well as provide expert testimony. (State of New Jersey Superior Court)

Performance of forensic accounting and litigation support services to reconstruct records for business entities, and estates. Identification of potential fraudulent transactions, misappropriation of funds, and breach of fiduciary duties.

Determination of economic damages and preparation of damages reports.
