In New Jersey, there are several groups of Collaborative professionals in the different areas of the State. Those groups are members of an umbrella organization called the "New Jersey Council of Collaborative Practice Groups."
From 2013 to 2019, I was on the Executive Board of the Council. I am proud that, in that capacity, I was able to play a key role in the passage of the New Jersey Family Collaborative Law Act in 2014.
I am also the Past President and a current Executive Board member of the "New Jersey Collaborative Law Group," which is one of the regional groups, as well as an active member of another regional group called "Family Focused Divorce - The Collaborative Solution."
In addition, I am a court-approved Divorce Mediator in New Jersey.
