In 2024 My Collaborative Team is back for our Advance Training Series. This year our theme focuses on the importance of the neutral professionals in building the best team dynamics. We will learn the best techniques for assembling a Collaborative team and how to best utilize the neutral professionals including different ways to integrate them into the Process. Our sessions will take place on the 4th Thursday of every month, typically at 1pm EST unless otherwise noted.
This Advance Training Series is free and open to all My Collaborative Team members. Each session will run 55-mins and will include one CLE credit for all who attend. CEU credit will be available for a small additional processing fee. Single-session attendance will be available for a fee to those non-members interested in joining the training.
Building a Personal Brand in the Collaborative Space

Settlement- A Four-Legged Approach to Successful Resolution

Do you feel like you are hitting a roadblock in creating Collaborative matters? Sure, you can convince one spouse, but how the hell do you get the other spouse on board? In this interactive 90-minute workshop, learn from one of the most experienced Collaborative Attorneys in Florida on specific techniques he uses to enroll the other spouse. Topics addressed will include dual, interdisciplinary, and full team consultations; tailoring a message and method to the other spouse; and crafting a Collaborative model to fit the family rather than trying to squeeze the family into a Collaborative model.
